Every room has all of the essential amenities like television, telephone, private bath area, robes, and even imported chocolates. Many rooms with wet bars and small refrigerators are available as well. The upstairs area, known as the Treetops, is almost like an apartment and is very popular. It features a sky-lit sitting room and a deck with one of the best views in the area. There are a variety of rooms to choose from, each with its own unique flair.

Upon check-in, it is not uncommon to get a delicious strawberry or peach herbal tea, all garnished with fresh mint from the garden. Joanne and Bill like to give their guests a unique experience that they will never forget, and the breakfasts are the most unforgettable feature. Bill prepares all of the breakfasts himself and creates each plate with care. Some of the most popular breakfasts are the Kentucky butter cakes, local fruit platters, country sausage with heart-shaped, banana-pecan waffles, and Bill's special lemon soufflé pancakes.
